Balance chair BACK APP

Award-winning balance chair that alleviates back pain and acts preventively against it. While sitting, it naturally improves posture, reduces bodily tension, and strengthens back muscles. The unique BACK APP chair, which has received awards for design and ergonomics, tracks your body's movements, ensuring a more active and ergonomic sitting posture. Using the BACK APP chair exercises the muscles that straighten your spine, as your body must constantly focus on maintaining the correct position to keep balance. Studies have shown that the BACK APP chair provides back muscles with the same kind of physical exercise as cycling, horseback riding, or rowing. It has also been demonstrated that people suffering from back pain felt improvements while sitting on the Back App chair compared to sitting on other chairs. When using the balance chair, your body burns more calories. You can burn up to 4 kg of body fat in a year while sitting, and your energy expenditure with the BACK APP is 19% higher – the same figure as if you were standing while working! The height-adjustable seat allows you to customize the chair to your proportions and working position. The tilt of the chair can also be adjusted and easily controlled by tightening or loosening the red ball. It features a 4-aluminum seat and a chrome base. For maximum effect and considering the higher position while sitting, we recommend using the chair with a height-adjustable desk. This will also allow you to change positions more frequently throughout the day and choose whether to sit or stand while working, which significantly reduces fatigue and back pain. For an even more flexible and mobile solution, complement the chair with a wheeled frame, allowing you to move easily around the room. The wheeled frame can be purchased separately and is compatible with older models of the chair.
