Portable containment basin with built-in wall reinforcements that can be secured in an upright position to withstand greater pressure on the edges. The containment basin is resistant to various chemicals, oil, grease, and most acids. It is an excellent solution for the safe storage of IBC containers and other liquid vessels. The built-in reinforcements can be secured in a vertical position at a 90° angle, preventing spills and ensuring that the walls maintain their shape and do not bend. Each reinforcement includes a nylon base designed to provide solid support. The nylon bases have anchoring holes to secure the tank in strong winds and can withstand wind speeds of up to 18 m/s. The anchoring mechanism for the bases is not included. The containment basin is made from PVC-coated fabric, which ensures resistance to prolonged UV exposure, making it ideal for outdoor use. The reinforcements can withstand temperatures from -45°C to +71°C. One side of the containment tank can be lowered to allow access, for example, for a forklift. When the wall reinforcements are folded down, their load capacity is up to 5000 kg per tire. The top edge of the tank wall is curved to protect against abrasion and wear. The corners are curved inward and are diagonally welded to the walls, so even when the basin is full, there is no risk of bending, opening, or collapsing. The containment basin meets the requirements for protection, regulation, and spill prevention set by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Its installation is quick and easy, requiring no tools. If needed, it can be folded for storage or transport.
