Tipping is triggered automatically when the base strikes the wall of the collection container, and after emptying, it returns to its original position. The self-tipping container, designed for durability, facilitates the transport and unloading of bulk materials, gravel, sand, firewood, cement, metal scrap, or waste. The container is built for demanding environments, with a shell made of 2.5 mm thick steel sheet that can withstand rough handling. The surface of the container is treated with a protective powder coating. The structure is equipped with a mechanism for easy movement using a forklift or pallet truck. Tipping is initiated automatically upon impact of the base against the wall of the collection container, and after emptying, it returns to its original position. The mechanism is activated by pressing a steel plate on the front of the structure. The container ensures a high level of safety, as its design prevents it from slipping off the forklift's forks by resting the fork sleeves against the heavier collection container. The container will remain tipped as long as pressure is applied to the front plate. Once released, the container returns to its original position. The best results in tipping are achieved when the container is fully loaded. The container can also be emptied manually using a lever. Thanks to the lid, the contents of your container are protected from moisture and potential contamination. The lid is made of steel sheet and is surface-treated with a protective powder coating. The double-wing lid with hinge mounts allows easy access to the contents of the container without the need to lift the entire weight of the lid. The lid opens from both the front and the back.
