Tilt container with automatic tipping, return, and locking. The sturdy tilt container facilitates the sorting, loading, and transport of gravel, sand, firewood, cement, metal scrap, waste, and other materials. The container is designed for demanding environments, with its shell made of welded steel sheet with a thickness of 2.5 mm. The surface of the container is treated with a protective powder coating. The construction is equipped with a mechanism for easy movement using a forklift or pallet jack and can withstand rough handling. The tipping mechanism is activated by pressing a steel plate on the front of the structure. The container ensures a high level of safety, as its design prevents it from slipping off the forks of the truck due to the good geometry of the fork sleeves it is equipped with. The container will remain tipped as long as pressure is applied to the front plate. Once released, the container returns to its original position. The best results when tipping are achieved when the container is fully loaded. The container can also be emptied manually using a lever. We manufacture the container in several color variations for easy waste sorting. The product is labeled and has been classified according to its load capacity with the CE mark.
